Schnitzel of feta cheese in the dough

Ingredients
400 g white feta cheese
4 eggs
8 tbsp fresh milk
flour
paprika
1-2 pinches of crushed caraway
1 onion
2 tomatoes
fat frying
Method
The feta cheese was shredded with a fork, kneaded with 2 yolks with caraway and forms of schnitzel, which rolled twice into flour. Leave to maturing. Of the remaining eggs, separated whites, milk, a pinch of red pepper and flour to make dough gastichko in which PANIC schnitzel. Heats are fat for frying and in it fry cutlets until light golden color. Place in a warm platter. In the same oil fry the finely chopped onion to yellow and on onions turn quickly slices of tomatoes. The mixture is removed with latticed spoon on fried feta cheese and the dish is served warm.
