Semolina soup with ham

Ingredients
1/3 cup semolina
3 tbsp butter
150-200 g ham
2 eggs
1/2 cup yogurt
salt
pepper
Method
Fry meal in the butter until a golden color. Add 1/2 tsp black pepper and pour 6 cups hot water, the mixture was stirred for not becoming of particles. Soup, add salt and leave to simmer for 15 minutes, then add chopped ham. After 8-10 minutes, remove the soup from the heat and thicken with eggs beaten with yogurt.

sounds good and is very easy!

Do it with diluted milk, but will definitely try this option.
