Ingredients
1 kg leg of lamb
120 g onion
1/4 cup (50 ml) sherry
1 tbsp (10 ml) sunflower oil
1 tsp oregano
pepper
salt
Method
Fat and bones removed from meat, cut into cubes, mix with the chopped onion, add spices and other products, and the mixture was allowed to stand for 12 hours in a refrigerator. Before presenting the meat Prick 4 spit and bake under the grill (or fry in sunflower oil in a frying pan).
