Skinless sausages with rice

Ingredients
500 g skinless sausages
300 g rice
60 g cheese
4 peppers
4 tbsp sunflower oil
parsley
salt
pepper
Method
Fry the rice in half the fat, pour it with 5 cup hot water and boil until soft rice and absorption of liquids. Cut the peppers into pieces and fry in the remaining oil. Add them to the cooked rice, seasoned with salt, pepper and parsley. Cut into pieces (such as meatballs) skinless sausages Boil 1/3 cup water. Hot rice Pour into a serving plate and arrange around drained skinless sausages. Sprinkle with grated cheese eating.
