Ingredients
200 g snailmeat
1 bunch spring onions
1 tsp vegeta
4-5 eggs
2 tbsp parsley
2 tbsp sunflower oil
Method
In the oil stew with onions and a little vegetata water. Add cooked snails and beaten eggs. When the dish is ready, remove from heat and add the parsley.
