Ingredients
          500 g minced meat
          200 g rice
          3 potatoes
          2 onions
          2 tbsp tomato paste
          2 tbsp sunflower oil
          1/2 bunch of dill, parsley and green onions
          30 g butter
          pepper, salt, bay leaf, dried mint
              Method
              Minced meat is kneaded with pepper, salt, half rice, 1 head finely chopped onion and a pinch of mint (crushed). To make balls (larger) and placed in a pot of boiling water with 1-2 bay leaves. When the float to the surface, add peeled and sliced potatoes, the rest of the rice and salt. In a separate pot fry 1 head finely chopped onion in the oil. Add the tomato paste diluted with a little water. Roux is added to the soup after tender potatoes and rice. Allow to boil for 5 minutes. Insert the butter, pepper, chopped parsley, dill, green onion and a pinch of crushed mint.
