Soup with cabbage juice

Ingredients
300 g minced meat
1 cup (200 g) rice
1 tbsp (10 ml) sunflower oil
1 onion
1 carrot
1 potato
chervil
pepper
salt
1 cup (200 ml) sauerkraut juice
Method
Chopped meat is kneaded with rice and pepper mixture and form small balls. In a saucepan in the oil stew finely chopped onion, add 1 cup (200 ml) hot water, a little salt and stir with wooden spoon until boiling. Then add potatoes, diced small spheres and again boil until soft of marbles. Finally, add the juice of sauerkraut.
