Spanish pastry with cottage cheese

Ingredients
1 and 1/4 cup (250 g) flour
120 g butter
pinch of salt
3 eggs
120 g sugar
500 g cottage cheese
1 tbsp candied fruits
50 g raisins
vanilla sugar
Method
Sift the flour with a little salt, add the chopped of small pieces of butter and mix with the fingertip. Water was added and kneaded dough. Allow half an hour to rest, rolled to a circle, placed in a form pressed to the bottom and sides and put the stuffing - the preparation and the cottage cheese mixed with sugar, egg yolks and vanilla sugar, add the washed raisins, chopped chopped candied fruit and finally beaten hard snow beletatsi.
