Spicy pork

Ingredients
1 kg pork
2 heaped tbsp flour
3-4 carrots
2-3 red peppers
200 g mushrooms
100 g of tomato paste
1 onion
1/3 cup sunflower oil
soy sauce
50 ml red wine
1 tbsp sugar
salt, pepper, bay leaf
Method
Cut the meat into chunks, sprinkle with pepper and soy sauce and leave for an hour or two. In the hot sunflower oil fry the meat, constantly stirring. The meat is removed and in the same oil fry the chopped carrots, onions, peppers, sugar, 2-3 tbsp soy sauce and mushrooms. When you gain a golden crust, add the flour and tomato puree to braised less. Finally, add 2 cups water, wine and meat. Allow to boil for 10 minutes. Finally, put a bay leaf for about 1-2 minutes to let the flavor, and subtract. Serve always warm.
