Something did not do well. Rice became super taste, but something did not want to settle and it was very hard to form balls - constantly breaks down and ultimately get spicy fried rice. The sauce was very tasty, but I am furious where meatballs scattered!

my advice is not to the shaping of balls, and balls. easier to fry, and it is also important that the oil in the pan must not cover them. Yet not as dense potatoes or meat, so frying type Fryer is not appropriate. and also you can add another egg for better *solder*. upload photos, bravo for the recipe, I've seen it in a magazine of Maggie) is very delicious!
