3-4 tbsp (30 ml) Рибен sauce - main
3-4 marinated mushrooms
100-150 g fry
1 tbsp (10 g) tomato paste
1 tsp (5 g) mustard
All the solid ingredients are finely chopped and mixed with the liquid. The mixture is put on low heat and boil, stirring until a smooth sauce. If thickened much diluted with 1-2 tbsp broth. Before serving seasoned with salt, a pinch of sugar and lemon juice.
