Spinach with rice pots

Ingredients
1/2 cup Rice
500 g spinach
4 eggs
150 g feta cheese
60 g butter
2 tbsp sunflower oil
1 onion
salt
pepper

Method
Chopped onion and the cleaned spinach sauté in the oil. Rice is boiled in salted water, drain and distributed in 4 namazaneni pots. Sprinkle with half the butter. The feta cheese is crushed into spinach mixture and stir. Spread the spinach and sprinkle the remaining butter.
