Spinach soup with milk

Ingredients
500 g spinach
4 scallions
3 tbsp sunflower oil
250 ml milk
150 g feta cheese
2 eggs
1 cup Rice
parsley
pepper
salt

Method
Into a suitable container stew pre milled spinach, chopped onions and fat. Add 4 cups water. After the mixture was added boil the cleaned rice. Boil for 10-15 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and add eggs - cut into small cubes, crumbled feta cheese and fresh milk. Seasoned with salt, pepper and parsley. Optional soup can be passaged.
