Sponge cake with semolina and rice flour

Ingredients
160 g corn semolina
150 g rice flour
2 tsp baking powder
330 ml milk
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
fat spreads
Method
Meal, flour, baking powder, sugar and salt are mixed in a bowl. The milk is poured in a thin stream, while stirring to obtain a homogeneous mixture. Bake in greased pan at 180 C for about 15 minutes.
