Ingredients
500 g squid
1/2 dry bread or 1-2 cups breadcrumbs
200 g grated feta cheese Parmesan
2-3 red onion
1/4 cup red wine
2-3 sprigs of parsley
salt and pepper

Method
Clean the squid, cook them for about 10 minutes. Crumble these bread crumbs, mix with grated Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and chopped parsley. Fill the squid with the mixture. Cut onion in large pieces. Put a little olive oil or sunflower oil in a suitable container on the stove. Put onions are sauteed and when it becomes transparent, add the squid. When they become golden, add the wine. Allow to simmer for ten minutes. Serve warm.
