Ingredients
          600 g pike
          80 g butter
          1 sardine
          1 onion
          100 g cream
          parsley
          lemon
          salt
              Method
              Cleaned pike cut into portions, sprinkle with lemon juice and leave little to stand. Chopped sardine fry in butter with onions and a little lemon peel, add portions pike, chopped parsley, bay and cream add salt and stew on low heat under a blanket. After a few turns and fish stew without the lid.
