Ingredients
2 potatoes
1 sprig fresh onion
2 carrots
1 green peppers 1 red pepper
300 g green beans
1/2 zucchini
500 g cooked lentils
olive oil (sunflower oil) , salt, red pepper
herbs of your choice
200 ml tomato paste

Method
Vegetables are cut and stifling for 10 minutes in a pan with olive oil. Pour water enough to cover them, put the lid and leave to cook on medium heat. When cooked, put salt, paprika, spices, tomato paste and boiled lentils. Stew and stir 5 minutes remove from heat.
