Stewed chicken in bag

Ingredients
chicken
5-6 potatoes
300-400 g small onions
2-3 carrots
1 green or red pepper
3-4 tbsp sunflower oil
salt, pepper
parsley
Method
Use chicken as we have at the moment - legs, white meat or a whole chicken. Cut it into smaller portions. Envelope baking arrange all vegetables, cut not too finely, with the exception of small onions. Add spices and 1 cup water. Close bag and bake about half an hour in the oven at 200 C
