Stewed mushrooms with onions and rice

Ingredients
300 g mushrooms
1 cup Rice
2 onions
4 tomatoes
4 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tsp paprika
parsley
salt
Method
Chop the onion finely and stew in the oil with a pinch of salt and 1-2 tablespoons hot water liars. Once is tender, add the cleaned, washed and sliced ​​mushrooms and sauté ten minutes. Put finely chopped tomatoes, rice, paprika and make up 3 cups hot water. Dish add salt and boil on low heat until the rice absorb the liquid. Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley.
