Ingredients
75g margarine or butter, soft
125 g sugar
1 egg
1 tsp milk
3 tbsp yogurt
150 g flour
1 packet strawberry pudding powder
1 tsp baking powder
100 g strawberries

Method
Beat the margarine, sugar and egg. Add milk and yogurt. Mix flour, baking powder and pudding and add to margarine. The dough was left for 1 hour in the refrigerator. Strawberries Wash, dry and cut into small pieces. Stir in the dough. Spoon shaped cookies on baking paper. Bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 10 minutes. Leave to cool.
