Strawberry Temptation

# For the base:
1 and 1/2 cup flour
125 g butter
3 yolks
# For the filling:
500 g strawberries
250 g butter cookies
250 g of powdered sugar
3 eggs
3 egg whites
1 vanilla

Base: flour and the butter knead until it gets crumbs. Add the egg yolks and again kneaded. If necessary, add 1-2 tbsp water. Rolled sheet with a thickness of approximately 5 mm. I Roll directly on baking paper on top and put kitchen fsunflower transparent oil - so I do not stick to the rolling pin. Then with paper baking tray and move in fsunflower fend transparent oil. The base is placed in a tray and bake at 180-200 C to slightly pinkish all. Remove from the oven and top distributed chopped strawberries into quarters. Topping: Eggs broken with half the sugar and add vanilla. Crushed biscuits and add to egg mixture. The three egg whites are broken down into snow with the remaining sugar and also add to the biscuit-egg mixture.
