Stuffed bell peppers with feta cheese Ricotta

Ingredients
4 large red bell peppers
3 small tomatoes
3 cloves garlic
4 yolks
1 stalk green onion
400 g feta cheese Ricotta
1 tbsp natural starch
2 tbsp olive oil
salt pepper, basil

Method
Cut caps halibut and remove seeds. Tomatoes are cleaned of seeds and finely. In oil fry the chopped onion, garlic and tomatoes and cool. The feta cheese, egg yolks, starch, basil, salt and pepper mix. Add tomatoes and stir. Sweet bell peppers are filled with the mixture and fell forward with lids. Camby put in a baking dish with a little hot water and bake in a preheated 180 C oven for 40 minutes. Serve warm.
