Stuffed pineapple with white cream

Ingredients
250 g cottage cheese
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp sugar
100 g cream
1/2 fresh pineapple
2 tbsp chocolate sprinkles
Method
When cutting of pineapple juice remains. Half slightly carved and pieces remain. Mix the cottage cheese, lemon juice and pineapple juice (about 2 tbsp) and stir until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous. Add sugar and again stir until dissolved sugar. The cream is stirred in the snow and is added to the cottage cheese. Hollowed pineapple filled with the mixture and add the pieces of the interior. Decorate with chocolate sprinkles.
