Stuffed potatoes with corn

Ingredients
6 large potatoes
2 tbsp butter
2 crushed garlic cloves
1 tomato (grated)
1 cup Corn
2 eggs
3 tbsp milk
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp oregano
chilli pepper
100 g smoked feta cheese (melted)
1 pinch nutmeg
salt
Method
Potatoes are boiled until tender. In boiling water briefly placed tomatoes then cooled and peeled. Boil the potatoes are peeled, cut in two and carve. Garlic fry in heated butter for 10 seconds, add the grated tomato and maize. Stew for 5 minutes. Pour milk, put spices. Boil a few minutes, until thickened. Hollowed interior of potatoes blending, add salt and flavored with nutmeg. A small butter. In a bowl mix the mixture from the heat, mashed potatoes and beaten egg. Potatoes filled with finished stuffing and arrange in a greased with butter tray. Every piece is placed smoked feta cheese, and top - a little butter. Bake in a moderately heated oven at 180 C in about 25 minutes (until golden brown on top).
