Stuffed potatoes with cottage cheese

Ingredients
500 g cottage cheese
700 g potatoes
2 eggs
150 g of tomato paste
60 g butter or margarine
salt
pepper
parsley
Method
Peel the potatoes and cut into halves , dug with a small spoon and put salt inside and out. The cottage cheese mixed with eggs, tomato puree, parsley, ground black pepper and salt to taste. The stuffing is potatoes. Arrange in a greased with butter tray, pour the melted butter with and bake in a moderate oven.
