Stuffed potatoes with white sauce

Ingredients
7-8 potatoes
200 g ham
melted sirene
150 cheese
pepper
1-2 carrots
100 g mayonnaise
200 g yogurt
2-3 cloves garlic
salt
sunflower oil

Method
Cook potatoes (to soften, but not Braising) and peel, cut into halves and dug with a spoon. Filled with a mixture of finely chopped or mashed feta cheese, ham, cheese and carrots and spices. Arrange in a baking dish, sprinkled with a little sunflower oil and bake in a moderate oven. Serve with a sauce of mayonnaise shattered with yogurt and minced meat garlic.
