Ingredients
1 pumpkin (20-30 cm diameter)
1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
3-4 tbsp rum or whiskey
50 g raisins
200 g mix dried fruits - figs, prunes, apricots
1 vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp honey

Method
12 hours prior to start preparing sliced fruit cubes and together with raisins soaking them in alcohol. When ready cut the pumpkin in the upper part (right cover), pip and filled with fruit and the walnuts, sprinkle with vanilla, cinnamon and honey. Close the lid and put in a pan full of water covered with oil fsunflower pumpkin. Bake in January at least one hour of 180C, then get out fthe oil and bake at 150C until ready - about 2 hours.
