Stuffed tomatoes with liver

Ingredients
4 tomatoes
100 g chicken livers
1 tbsp breadcrumbs
2 tbsp crushed parsley
1 clove garlic
salt
pepper
thyme
sunflower oil
Method
Livers are steamed with a little sunflower oil and spices. Add breadcrumbs. Tomatoes cut cap, dug and filled with the mixture. Put their covers, wrap up in greased foil and bake 15 minutes or grill in a preheated oven.
