Stuffed turkey

Ingredients
1 (1,5 kg) turkey
giblets from turkey
Chapter 1 (50 g) onion
1 cup (200 g) rice
1/2 cup (100 g) raisins
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
salt
pepper
Method
Trivia turkey Boil in salted water and finely. Onions, finely chopped, stew in part of the oil until soft. Add the rice and giblets, pour a little broth and cook until the rice polusvaryavaneto. Remove from heat and mix with raisins and pepper. The stuffing is turkey, pre-salted inside and out, is sutured, put it in an oiled pan, pour a part of the broth and bake in the oven from time to time be watered with sauce compartments in the tray. Serve with a side of steamed and baked in the oven sauerkraut.

Incredibly successful recipe. Personally, I added prior watering turkey with soy sauce result is incredible.

This is the right recipe for Christmas turkey stuffed. Every year I'm doing it even without sauerkraut can, but the turkey should be home!
