Summer stew

Ingredients
3 potatoes
1 zucchini
2 tea cup rice
1 Salami sausage
spices of your choice
garlic powder
3 cloves garlic
1 tomato
100 g cheese
cornflakes
1 onion
1 carrot
100 g peas

Method
Luke, zucchini and carrots are finely chopped and fry. Add rice and fry it lightly, add seasoning and garlic powder and stir not burn. Add the peas and the chopped tomato and fry lightly again. In clay casseroles put half the mixture on top ranks sausage wheels and put the rest a mixture of rice. Then top rank potatoes on wheels, put chopped garlic cloves, sprinkle with spices, make up water to cover the potatoes and bake at 200 C for 60 minutes. When almost ready, grate the cheese and sprinkle with cornflakes to become crispy crust.
