Method
Crush the garlic with the salt. In a small saucepan put all products with the exception of the last two. Once the mixture boils lower the heat and simmer about 10-12 minutes to cover open. Beat the cornmeal with water and add to the boiling sauce. Stir 1 minute and remove from heat. Pour into a suitable container. * Do not worry about the amount of chili recipe - sugar dulls spiciness and just swallowing felt. * The sauce can be stored for 7-10 days in a closed container in the refrigerator. Suitable for dressing on salads. Great combined with shrimps, fish, spring rolls and dump truck. * If you do not chili flakes, you can use whole dried chili peppers and put them in the chopper / blend almost crushed into small pieces (not powder).

Yes, flaked is even has the seeds.
So I assumed, but watch that writes chilli in products with paprika'm not sure if we'll ever get ... Does not change it in the recipe, do not confuse anyone?
Frankly for readers from Bulgaria wrote in parentheses chilli. And I think that with such a pepper sauce will not happen, but I have not seen in Bulgaria chili flakes / Crushed Chillies /. Indeed, this is misleading cayenne pepper best remove it from the recipe.
sttel, and put a statement that can be used whole dried hot chili peppers as a bold chopper or Strain flakes. Otherwise, your recipe is very accurate, necessarily will try :)
BG has chili flakes in the markets and in most specialized shops for spices, so act :)
I did it ... It says Aji picante. This is exactly chopped chilies. Became very well ...!
