Sweet pork with mushrooms and prunes

Ingredients
1 kg pork leg
300 g mushrooms
500 g of prunes
4-5 onions
500 ml water
3-4 tbsp sugar
200 ml white wine
1/2 cup water
2-3 tsp natural starch
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp savory
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp oregano
4-5 tbsp sunflower oil
salt

Method
In 500 ml water sweetened with sugar are cooked prunes. Waiting for a place cool and remove their stones. In the oil fry sliced ​​pieces of meat until golden. Remove the pan and set aside.
