Tatlii - I type

Ingredients
1/4 cup (50 g) yogurt
1 egg
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil or 125 g butter
vanilla powder 1
1 tsp (5 g) of baking soda
flour
# For the syrup:
5 cups (1 kg) sugar
5 cups (1 liter) of water
Method
Egg mix well with yogurt and add along with the fat, vanilla and baking soda to the flour. Knead into a soft dough that is rolled balls as big as a walnut, with a recess in the middle. So shaped tatlii bake in a moderate oven, then irrigated with syrup made from sugar and water. Remove with latticed spoon and serve.
