Ingredients
5 cups (1 kg) flour
1 cup (200 g) bulgur
1 cup (200 g) feta cheese
4 eggs
1/2 cup (100 ml) fat
1 tbsp (30 g) butter
1 pinch salt
Method
From the flour, salt and water is kneaded dough banitsa, which is rolled into sheets. The bulgur is boiled and mixed with eggs and crumbled feta cheese. Corey put one by one in an oiled pan, sprinkle with as fat and filling. Top (last) crust smeared with butter. The banitsa bake in a moderate oven.
