Tripe soup, pork tripe

Ingredients
1-2 sowbelly
3 yolks
sunflower oil or butter
pepper
salt
garlic
vinegar
3-4 tbsp flour
200 g yogurt
Method
Tripe is cleaned and boiled, after boiling for the first water is discharged. Once cooked well is removed and cut into small pieces. Reference is boiled soup thickener. Beat the egg yolks with the milk, flour and a little cold water. You need to get a smooth mixture. The mixture is added to the broth and put on the stove to boil for 10 minutes. Get out of the heat and into a pan heat the oil, the oil is removed for a little sideways to drop the temperature for 10-15 seconds and add a little paprika and immediately pour in the broth. Add chopped and tripe. Serve hot with crushed garlic and vinegar and a small hot dry pepper.
