Tseluvcheni nests with strawberry

4 egg whites
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp flour
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
Cream * Berries * Dr. Oetker
250 ml milk, 3 tbsp sugar or cream products according to package directions
250 ml cream
2 tbsp caster sugar
150 g strawberries
1 tbsp sugar
chocolate topping

Beat the egg whites with sugar. Add lemon juice, salt and vanilla and stir to give a solid cream. Finally add the flour. On the baking paper with a pen outline 8 circles on them with spray spread egg white dough. Bake at 120C about 60-75 minutes. Leave to cool in the oven. We prepare cream Dr. Oetker as directed on the package (Pour the contents of the sachet in 250 ml cold milk, add sugar and whip to thicken). Apart whipped cream with sugar. Leave both the cream in the refrigerator. Clean and chop the strawberries into pieces and sprinkle them with sugar. Leave for 1-2 hours in the refrigerator. Pasty assembled two hours before serving, with each tart put first the cream Dr. Oetker on it and rank strawberries. Top sprayed cream and decorated with chocolate topping. Leave in the refrigerator.
