Vegan stew with mushrooms

Ingredients
4-5 potatoes
1/3 cup Rice
100 g mushrooms mushrooms
1 handful of okra
1/3 cup peas
2-3 tomatoes or 1 cup tin
2 tbsp flour
2 tsp red pepper
salt
1-2 pinches savory
1 stalk celery or 1 tbsp dried
2 tbsp vegeta or spices of your choice
5-6 tbsp sunflower oil
1 glass leek
1 carrot

Method
Leek and carrot finely chopped and sauté with the oil and a little water until soft. Other vegetables are cut and put in a deep pan, can and electric cooker. Add spices and fuzzy with a little water, flour and paprika. Add the leeks and carrots make up about 1 liter of water, mix everything and bake at 200 C in a heated oven.
