Ingredients
250 g feta cheese
1 roasted chili pepper
100 g cucumber
100 g peppers
150 g tomatoes
1 clove garlic
parsley
pinch of caraway
Method
Mix the feta crumbled advance cheese with crushed garlic, finely chopped pepper and caraway. Formed into small balls and rolled in chopped parsley. Cut vegetables into slices and stringing wooden skewers or plastic straws alternating balls with vegetables.
