1 zucchini
1 carrot
1 onion
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
5-6 field mushrooms
150 g canned corn
2 tbsp sunflower oil
soy sauce

Cut zucchini, carrots and peppers Sticks (length match, width 4-5 mm), mushrooms sliced, onions crescents. The heat at 2/3 of its power and heating dry pan. Put first zucchini and carrot. Ready for about 6-8 minutes, stirring them 2-3 times during this period. Put them in a bowl, heat gently tampering with sunflower oil and soy sauce. Put the onions, peppers and mushrooms in the pan for about 5 minutes and re-mix them. Add them to the zucchini and carrots, add corn and doovkusyavane with sunflower oil and soy sauce. Stir well and leave the vegetables to take a moment of topping. Vegetables remain crunchy. It is appropriate to add olives and pickles. Can be offered as a self-vegan dish, and as a side dish to grilled meats.
