Vine dolmas with mushrooms

Ingredients
500 g mushrooms
1/2 cup rice
4 onions
2 large carrots
1 cup sunflower oil
parsley
salt
pepper
1 tbsp vegeta
vine leaves
Method
Finely chopped onion and grated carrot sauté in the oil. Add chopped mushrooms and stew for another 10 minutes. Then pour 1 cup hot water and add the rice and vegetata. When the rice absorbs water savor. Shrinking dolmas, rank in the pan, press with a plate, pour 1 cup water and cook on low heat.
