250 g cream cheese (or cottage cheese)
200 g mayonnaise
3 boiled eggs
50 g ground walnuts
2 chopped cloves of garlic
the juice and rind of 1/2 lemon
In a bowl mix the cream the feta cheese, mayonnaise, ground walnuts, grated boiled eggs, garlic and lemon juice and zest. All mix well and place in a closed container in the refrigerator for a few hours.
