Walnut pie - II type

Ingredients
110 g walnuts
60 g flour
60 g butter
60 g brown sugar
60 g of refined sugar
2 eggs
1/2 orange
1 tbsp brandy
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Method
The butter is mixed with refined sugar. Add the eggs one at a time, while stirring. Gradually add sifted and mixed with cinnamon flour. Finally add chopped walnuts and mix well. Pour dough in a rectangular pan previously greased and covered with baking paper. Bake at 190 C for about 30 minutes (until the dough inflates). Mix the juice of half defect with water to obtain 150 ml juice. The liquid is put in a saucepan, add the brown sugar and grated orange peel. Heat over low heat until sugar is dissolved and get a light syrup. Add the brandy and stir. Cake is removed from the oven, pricked well and pour hot syrup. Allow to stand for six hours and served.
