Walnut pie - IV type

Ingredients
6 eggs
1 cup (220 g) brown sugar
1 cup (200 g) walnuts
1/3 cup (120 g) flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp soda
130 ml kefir
2 tsp cinnamon
1 pinch salt

Method
Whip on low speed with a pinch of salt and then at high speed dorazbivat with brown sugar stirring up of snow. yolks are broken with 2 tbsp sugar, which previously separated from sugar egg whites. Add the buttermilk, ground walnuts, flour, cinnamon, baking soda and baking powder. Stir with a spatula followed by addition of the egg whites very carefully to the mixture to give a fluffy homogeneous mixture. Bake in greased and floured form with a diameter of 24-26 cm or cake pan in a preheated oven at 180C degrees for 50-60 minutes.
