Ingredients
300 g Macedonian sausage
1 large onion
2 carrots
200 g cabbage
1.5 l vegetable broth
4 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tbsp veggie

Method
Onions and carrots finely chopped and sauté in the oil and a little water. Cabbage is cut straw is added to the pot. Make broth and sprinkle with veggie. Boil on medium heat about 20 minutes. Add thinly sliced pieces of sausage and boil for another 5 minutes.

Maggie, if added to the soup and a little cabbage juice will acquire great taste.
Great idea Desi in it now cook with sauerkraut instead of fresh. Together and add cabbage juice!
