Zingare steaks and sauce Zingare

Ingredients
1.2 kg boneless steak - chops
200 g mushrooms
200 g cheese
150 g pickles
sunflower oil
200 ml wine
bay leaf
salt, pepper
# For sauce:
100 g marinated mushrooms
100 ml sauce marinated mushrooms
1 tsp chutney
salt, pepper
200 ml wine
Method
Meat marinate 15 minutes - in wine, bay leaf, salt and pepper until meat take wine. With a knife cut pockets in each steak inside put finely diced mushrooms and cheese and pickles, cut into strips. Steaks are lined next to each other in a greased tray dosipva a little water on the steaks again sprinkled with sunflower oil. Bake in oven until browned, then capped with a lid and stew until Empowered meat. Juice, which is released during cooking of meat is placed in a pan and make wine, pepper, salt, sauce of pickled mushrooms and chopped pickled mushrooms. After the boil, add 1 tsp chutney. If the sauce is not thick slurries are added 1 tsp of flour, mixed with cold water (added gradually to thicken the gravy).
