Ingredients
          1 kg zucchini
          1/2 cup rice
          1 bunch spring onions
          4 tbsp sunflower oil
          pepper
          salt
          dill

          Method
              Courgettes are peeled, washed and cut into cubes. Add salt and sauté in the oil with chopped onion. After soften, add the rice and pour about 1 cup hot water. Meals cover with a lid and boil on low heat for 15-20 minutes, until the rice swell. Sprinkle with pepper and finely chopped dill.
