Ingredients
5 eggs
75 g cheese
100 g ham
100 g larded salami
100 g mushrooms
200 g tomatoes
25 g butter
2 pickles
salt
pepper
Method
The pan is heated 25 g butter. Eggs are broken and pan-fried as omelette. The finished omelet natural moved to fireproof pan and place top cut into julienne salami and ham, grated tomatoes, cheese, chopped cucumbers, mushrooms and sprinkle with spices. Bake in preheated oven at 220 C until melted cheese.
