Ingredients
500 g minced meat
1 onion
1 egg
1 slice white bread
spices of your choice, for example - savory, cumin, black pepper
# For the filling:
1-2 mushrooms
100 g cheese
100 g smoked feta cheese
1 pickle
# breading:
2 eggs
1 cup flour
sunflower oil for frying

Method
Minced meat is placed in a deep pot. It puts the grated onion, egg, soaked bread without crust and squeezed, pepper, savory, cumin. It is well kneaded and stand at least 1 hour in the refrigerator. Divide into 6 parts. Spread out in the middle of each piece is placed in a little cube of cheese, a circle of smoked feta cheese, a slice of cucumber and a piece of sponge, turn and shaped as schnitzel. Melt in the flour, then in egg and fry until browned on low heat.
