Zucchini burek

Ingredients
4 zucchini,
250 g desalted feta cheese
3 eggs
3 tbsp chopped dill
1 cup flour
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 cup sunflower oil

Method
Courgettes cut lengthwise into slices 1 cm thick. Fried and placed on paper towels to drain the fat. The feta cheese was crushed with a fork, mix with chopped dill screen and an egg. Part of the mixture is placed on a slice of fried zucchini, capped with a second slice. Thus were prepared and the remaining zucchini. Then successively rolled in flour, beaten egg and breadcrumbs. Fry in a hot sunflower oil 2 minutes on each side. Can be served with a sauce of yogurt, garlic and dill.

Many are delicious. In the same way I do and pepper burek.

This dish do grilled vegetables and then in the oven, to avoid frying. Tasty!

Quite interesting variyant fried zucchini were very tasty, unfortunately I did not have bread crumbs, but next time I will make them exactly the recipe.

I roast courgettes electric grill to slightly decreased fat :) Then everything is the recipe. Very tasty!

Very tasty is it. I recently roast them on the grill pan, to save one frying;) I put a little dill.

Hello, I tried the recipe today, but many courgettes softened after frying and I was not able to gather them in one cheese to batter them. Furthermore cheese leak soon spreads and further complicate the story. I think the recipe will get a very tasty, as long as I can prepare it properly. Please help me where I'm wrong :)

Hello! I tried the recipe and get inspired! The only thing that changed was that after breading them baked on baking sheet in the oven :)
