Ingredients
1.5 kg onions
1 kg pork
1 carrot
pepper 1
2 tbsp tomato paste
10 g allspice
1 tbsp universal spice
parsley
salt, pepper, paprika
flour
sunflower oil

Method
The onion is peeled and cut into crescents. Cut the meat into cubes and carrots and peppers finely. Pour sunflower oil in a deep pan and fry the carrots and peppers, as soften add the meat, which also fry. While red meat is placed and onions. While onion stew stirring almost constantly to not burn. After 10 minutes, pour into the pan about 1.5-2 liters of water and simmer. Soften and onions, add allspice, universal spice, tomato paste, pepper and salt. Make a soup thickener of paprika, flour and sunflower oil and add to the soup. As is served add chopped parsley.

zai4e_kate I want to ask this universal spice what is right and can be replaced by something else. Here in Greece I can not find this spice. Otherwise, the recipe makes me poblazni but this spice pritesmyava me. Already in favorites :)
